The promoter is HTK Property Investments Limited, trading as Peak Cottage Collection, company number 13926129, Eastview Cottage, Calow Green, Chesterfield S44 5XQ.
Who can enter. Residents of the United Kingdom aged 18 or over. Employees and immediate family of the promoter, and owners of properties managed by the promoter, cannot enter.
How to enter. Join the Peak Cottage Collection Loyalty Club. You can do this free of charge at peakcottagecollection.co.uk/join. Guests can also join by ticking the Loyalty Club box on the guest Wi-Fi page in our cottages, where that option is shown. No purchase or stay is necessary, and every route to entry is free. One entry per person per draw. Membership of the Club at the closing date is your entry; you do not need to enter each draw separately. If you leave the Club before a closing date you are not in that draw.
Draw dates. The first draw closes at 23:59 on 15 December 2026 and is drawn within seven days. Draws then close on 31 March, 30 June, 30 September and 15 December each year. The promoter may change a date with reasonable notice on the giveaway page.
The prize. A YETI Tundra 45 cool box packed with Peak District food and drink chosen by the promoter, worth approximately £375 in total. The contents may vary with the season and what is available. The prize is delivered to a UK address within 30 days of the claim. The prize is not transferable and there is no cash alternative.
How the winner is chosen. One winner is chosen at random from all eligible entries using a verifiable random method, and the draw is recorded.
Telling the winner. By email within seven days of the draw, to the address on their Club membership. The winner must reply within 14 days to claim; if they do not, or are not eligible, another winner is drawn. The prize is sent within 30 days of the claim to a UK address the winner gives us.
Publicity. With the winner’s agreement we may publish their first name and county. Nothing more.
Your information. Handled as described in our privacy notice. Club membership means we email you with early availability, returning guest offers and Peak District ideas, as the join form says. You can leave the Club at any time using the unsubscribe link in any email. Leaving also takes you out of future draws.
General. The promoter may substitute a prize of equal or greater value if the stated prize becomes unavailable for reasons outside its control. The promoter’s decision on any matter relating to the giveaway is final. These terms are governed by English law. Under the Gambling Act 2005 this is a free prize draw, not a lottery, because entry is free.
