Fairview House Barn is tucked away on a quiet lane in Tideswell, one of the Peak District’s most charming villages. Stroll to local pubs, cafes, and independent shops, or visit the iconic ‘Cathedral of the Peak’. The area is a walker’s paradise, with the Monsal Trail and scenic countryside right on your doorstep. Buxton, Bakewell, and Chatsworth House are all a short drive away, offering endless options for days out.
The barn offers private parking for up to four cars. Tideswell is well connected by local bus routes, and the nearest train stations are in Buxton and Hope (both approx. 15 minutes by car). The village’s central location makes it easy to explore the wider Peak District by car, bike, or on foot.
Accessibility: The ground-floor King bedroom and en-suite make this property a great option for guests with reduced mobility (please note there is a step into the property and the kitchen dinner is on the first floor but there’s a kitchenette on the ground floor).

Groups: We are a family-oriented rental. We do not accept stag or hen parties to respect our guests who may be staying in Fairview House (our adjacent holiday home)
