Joining. Membership is free and open to anyone aged 18 or over. You join at peakcottagecollection.co.uk/join, or on the guest Wi-Fi page during a stay where that option is shown. You can leave at any time by clicking unsubscribe in any email or by emailing info@peakcottagecollection.co.uk, and we will remove your details as set out in our privacy notice.
What you get. Entry into every seasonal giveaway while you are a member. Our Peak District guide, twelve walks, ten places and the pubs our guests rate, sent to you when you join. First word, by email and before we announce it anywhere else, when a new cottage joins the Collection or a Christmas, New Year, Easter or half-term week comes free. Returning guest offers on direct bookings. Emails with early availability, returning guest offers and Peak District ideas, a few times a month at most.
Tiers. Your tier is set by the number of stays you have completed with us, and it moves up on its own. Member, from the day you join: everything above. Returning, once you have completed one stay: 5 per cent off your next direct booking and every one after it. Regular, once you have completed two stays: 10 per cent off. Belong, once you have completed three stays: 15 per cent off. Stays count whether you booked with us directly or through a booking site, as long as the name and email on the booking match your membership, and stays before you joined count too. Tier discounts apply to bookings made directly with us, not through booking sites; one discount applies per booking, and where more than one could apply we give you the higher. Benefits may change and we will tell members before they do.
Referrals. When our referral scheme is running, members receive a personal referral code. Where a referral reward is offered, its terms are published with it. Codes are for personal use and may not be sold or advertised.
Fair use. One membership per person. We may end a membership that is used dishonestly, for example to claim rewards on bookings that did not happen.
Changes. We may change these terms and the benefits on 30 days’ notice by email. If you do not like a change, you can leave.
Your information. Handled as described in our privacy notice. Emails are part of membership: the join form says so and you tick to agree. Unsubscribing ends your membership, including entry to future draws, and you can rejoin at any time. The seasonal giveaway has its own terms.
